I searched for a lot of time a such plug-in and finally I found that NEX-Forms are the best solution for the customization of my needs about the creation of forms. There are a lor of possibility for all customers that have various needs such as multi-step, conditional logics, hidden fields, math logics and much more. Very appreciated the build-in anti-spam technology that eliminates the need to activate the annoying captcha on all forms. All the forms can be created and administrated with an easy to use interface. I strongly recomend this plugin.
