Adding a Form to a WordPress Page or Post

The NEX-Forms Shortcode
This is the NEX-Forms shortcode, which can be used anywhere on your WordPress site to display a form. Replace YOUR_FORM_ID with the actual ID of any form you’ve created. This ID links directly to your form, allowing the shortcode to display the associated form on your page or post.

Adding a Form's Shortcode to a WordPress Page
  1. Log into your Wordpress Admin area.
  2. Edit or create a new form.
  3. Click on "EMBED" from main menu.

  4. Copy the NEX-Forms inline shortcode.

  5. Create or edit your existing WP Page, for example, your Contact Us page.
  6. Paste the NEX-Forms shortcode into your page where you need the form to be displayed.

  7. Publish/Update your WordPress page.
