NEX-Forms Dasboard GUI (Graphical User Interface)
The NEX-Forms Dashboard is the central hub for managing and creating forms within the NEX-Forms plugin. It provides an intuitive interface where you can easily access all your forms, create new ones and export exsiting forms. The dashboard also offers summaries of all form analytical performance and recent form submissions.

This is the NEX-Forms editor with each major section numbered to be defined in detail further down in this article.
1 Main Menu
Use this menu to navigate to the verious backend pages relating to NEX-Forms.

| Menu Item | Function |
| Dashboard | Takes you to the NEX-Forms dashboard. |
| Form Entries | Takes you to the form entries page containing all submmisions made from your forms. |
| Reporting | Takes you to the reporting page where you can generate reports from specified criteria on submitted form data. |
| Analytics | Takes you to the Form Analytics insights page. |
| File Uploads | Takes you to all file uploads coming from form submissions. |
| Settings | Take you to the global settings page from where you setup defaults system settings. |
| Add-ons | Takes you to the available add-ons page and shows which are active. |
2 Actions
These actions allow you to create new forms, load form templates, import existing NEX-Forms exports and run interactive tutorials.

| ADD A NEW FORM | Click this button to create a new blank form. |
| LOAD FORM TEMPLATE | Click this button to load one of the pre-made form templates. |
| TUTORIALS | Click this button to run any of the interactive NEX-Forms tutorials. |
| IMPORT FORM | Click this button to upload/import an exported NEX-Forms form. |
3 Forms Manager
This toolbar includes everything regarding a multi-step form. From here you can control: adding new steps, setting up the breadcrumb, adding timers (like quiz timers), and other styling and functional multi-step settings.
| Form Manager Table Definitions | |
| Column | Function |
| Id | This is the unique Id generated for the form. This is the same id that will be used in the NEX-Forms shortcodes. |
| Title | Shows the title of the form. You can also click on the form title to edit the form. |
| Shortcode | Displays the form inline shortcode embed code that can be copied and pasted into a page or post. |
| Total Entries | Displays the total form submissions made from the form. |
| Edit | Click on this icon to edit the form. |
| Duplicate | Click on this icon to create an exact replica of the form. This is also useful for backing up forms. |
| Export | Click on this icon to export the form so it can be imported into another NEX-Forms installation or serve as a backup. |
| Delete | Click on this icon to delete the form. |
4 Form Analytics Overview
This graphic gives you the analytical data for all forms for the last 7 days. From form views to form interactions to form submissions.
5 Most Recent Form Submissions
This table shows you the last 10 form subimssions made accross all forms.
| Recent Submissions Table Definitions | |
| Column | Function |
| From | Displayes the form title of the form from where the submissions came from. |
| Submitted | Shows you when how much time have passed since the submission was made. |
| Data Summary | Gives you a summary of the data that was submitted from the form. Click on the summary to open the full entry in the Form Entries Manager. |
| Delete | Click on this icon to delete the form entry. |
