- Open the NEX-Forms - Reporting Page.
- CLICK on any Form from the the Forms List.
NOTE: Only Forms that contains form entries will be in the Inbox List. - View the submission report in the Right Bottom viewing panel.

How to generate a Submission Report
Reporting Filters
Reporting Filters in NEX-Forms Submission Reporting provide tools to narrow down and analyze specific form submission data based on selected criteria. Reporting Filters allow you to focus on particular data subsets helping you generate reports to specifications. By applying these filters, you can streamline data review and identify trends, ensuring you can quickly access and manage key submission details relevant to your analysis needs.
Using Field Filters
- Open the NEX-Forms - Reporting Page.
- CLICK on any Form from the the Forms List.
- HOLD CTRL and select of deselect which fields (columns) you will need in the report.
- CLICK on the "Run Query" button.
Example 1:
Using Conditional Filters
- Open the NEX-Forms - Reporting Page.
- CLICK on any Form from the the Forms List.
- CLICK on the "Add filter" button.
- A new Conditional Filter will be added.
- SELECT a field. For the purpose of this example we will select the field called "What Type of CMS".
- SELECT a Condition. For the purpose of this example we will select "Equal To".
- Enter a Value. In this example we will report on entries where the Type of CMS is Equal to "WordPress".
- CLICK on the "Run Query" button.
NOTE: Add as many field filters as needed.
NOTE: To delete a Conditional Filter click on the X next to it and re-run the query.
TIP: Combine Field and Conditional Filters to refine reports.
Exporting a submission report to CSV (Excel)
- Open the NEX-Forms - Reporting Page.
- CLICK on any Form from the the Forms List.
- If needed - Apply Field and Conditional Filters and run the query - else skip this step.
- CLICK on the Export to Excel (CSV) button.
Exporting a submission report to PDF
- Open the NEX-Forms - Reporting Page.
- CLICK on any Form from the the Forms List.
- If needed - Apply Field and Conditional Filters and run the query - else skip this step.
- CLICK on the Export to PDF button.
