Saving a Form

Saving a form in NEX-Forms is a straightforward process that ensures all your work is preserved. this includes all aspect of a form, its emails, extra options, etc.

Here’s a detailed explanation on how to save a form in NEX-Forms:

How to Save a Form
There are 2 options to save a form and these are explained below.
Options 1: Top Menu Save Button
  1. Edit or Create a New Form.
  2. After creating or editing any aspect of the form click on the "SAVE" button.

  3. The SAVE button will now spin to show the form SAVE is in proccess.
    DO NOT close your browser while the form save is processing.

  4. When the SAVE process have completed the button will stop spinning and revert back to the save icon.
Option 2: Keyboard Shortcut
  1. Edit or Create a New Form.
  2. After creating or editing any aspect of the form use the keyboard shortcut by pressing CTRL + S (on Windows) or CMD + S (on Mac) to quickly save your form.
  3. The SAVE button will now spin to show the form SAVE is in proccess.
    DO NOT close your browser while the form save is processing.

  4. When the SAVE process have completed the button will stop spinning and revert back to the save icon.


TIP: Regular Saving
- It's a good practice to save your form regularly, especially after making significant changes, to avoid losing any progress.
