This plugin is good. It is very good. It does what it says and rewards you well. I have been using NEX Forms - Ultimate Builder and the ADD-ON Bundle for 18 months. I have 5 licenses already and plan to buy more as it is a great form builder. Spend time to learn all the features and you will be impressed. It is most definitely worth it. I have needed customer support only three times. I have contacted them through the basixonline.net website. They were fast and efficient (within 24 hours) at helping solve the issues each time. I would recommend these guys to anyone who wants a form builder that actually works properly. There are many form builders, but this one works. Just remember, you get what you pay for and this plugin is great. Apart from the very versatile form design functions built into the Ultimate Builder, we also use the ADD-ON Bundle which has many components including conditional formatting which allows you to create form fields that appear and disappear depending on answers given previously. We use the PDF creator to email copies of forms to customers. The forms are easily embedded/integrated into any page etc. and easy to set up. The Bundle ADD-ONs have many other features, which you can research here. So good luck and I do hope you try the NEX forms Form builder. It wont let you down.
