Form Entries GUI (Graphical User Interface)
The NEX-Forms Form Entries Admin Page is the central location for viewing and managing all the submissions made through your forms. It provides an organized table where each entry is displayed, showing key details like submission date, form title and where the form was submitted from. From this page, you can filter, search, export, delete, batch delete, and manage individual form entries, making it easy to analyze form responses and track user interactions. With a user-friendly interface, the Form Entries Admin Page streamlines the process of handling your submissions and ensures all form data is accessible in one place.

This is the NEX-Forms Form Entries Admin Page with each major section numbered to be defined in detail further down in this article.
2 Form Entries Inbox and individual Form Entry Filters
From here you can view all entries, form specific entries and Paypal Payments.
Form Entry Filter Definitions | |
Filter | Function |
Inbox | Click here to view all entries from all form submissions. Click on a Form Title below the inbox to view entries made from it. NOTE: Only Forms that contains form entries will be in the Inbox List. |
PayPal | Click here to view all PayPal entries. Click on Paid, Unpaid or pending to view PayPal entries specific to these filters. |
Trash | Click this button to deleted entries. Delete entries from here to delete permanantly. |
NOTE:
The number in brackets specifies unread entries.
Then second number without brackets show the total number of entries.

2 Other Entry Filters
These filters makes it easy to find form entries thats unread, contains file attachments or starred.
Other Filter Definitions | |
Filter | Function |
Unread | When active shows only unread entries. |
Starred | When active shows only starred entries. |
Attachments | When active shows only entries with file attachments. |
3 Form Entries List
This table show the entries that have been made form forms specified by the filters.
Table Column Definitions | |
Column | Description |
Id | This is the entry's unique ID.
NOTE: No 2 entries will ever have the same ID. This will help you reference specific entries.

Specifies starred and unstarred entries. | |
Shows which entries have attachments. | |
Shows which entries have been read and which entries are still unread. | |
Form | Displays the name of the form from where the entry have been submitted. |
Page | Displays the URL path to the page from where the entry was submitted from. This will help to identify entries made form more then one URL from the same form. |
Submitted | Displays the time passed since the entry was submitted. |
Date Time | Displays the exact date and time when the entry was submitted. |
3 Form Entry Viewing Panel
This shows all details regarding the form entry, like for example submitted data and emails that have been sent to admin(s) and/or user(s).
Entry View Definitions | |
View | Description |
Entry Data | Displays the submitted form data. The left hand column shows the form field name and the right hand column shows the entered/selected data submitted by the user. |
View Admin Email | Click here to view the email that was sent to specified adminitrators as per admin email setup. |
View User Email | Click here to view the email that was sent to the user who completed the form and/or specified email addresses as per user email setup. |
Export to PDF | Click here to export the Entry to PDF as per PDF Creator setup. |
Edit | Click here to edit the Entry. |
Delete | Click here to delete the Entry. |
5 Main Menu
Use this menu to navigate to the various backend pages relating to NEX-Forms.
Main Menu Item Definitions | |
Menu Item | Function |
Dashboard | Takes you to the NEX-Forms dashboard. |
Form Entries | Takes you to the form entries page containing all submmisions made from your forms. |
Reporting | Takes you to the reporting page where you can generate reports from specified criteria on submitted form data. |
Analytics | Takes you to the Form Analytics insights page. |
File Uploads | Takes you to all file uploads coming from form submissions. |
Settings | Takes you to the global settings page from where you setup default system settings. |
Add-ons | Takes you to the available add-ons page and shows which are active. |
