If you have any trouble please read through these FAQ's before asking support.

 

Why am I not receiving emails?

Try and switch your email method.

1. Go to your wordpress admin
2. Go to NEX-Forms->Global settings
3. Change the email method and run a test email

If you do not receive emails from any method (excluding API method) make sure form your hosting provider that PHP mail() is enabled from the server's php.ini settings.

Will an update effect my current saved data?

No, your data will remain as is.

How do I get notified of updates?

There are 3 ways of getting notified of updates:

1. From your WordPress admin panel
See plugin update notification

2. Via Email from Codecanyon
Log into your Envato/Codecanyon account and go to your downloads. Tick the box corresponding with the item to receive email notifications on updates.

3. Follow Us on Envato
You will be notified via email of updates and also new item releases.

How do I get an update?

There are to ways of getting an update:

1. Update from your Wordpress Plugins page

2. Update from Codecanyon
Log into your Envato/Codecanyon account and go to your downloads. Download the plugin zip and follow installation instructions.

Send us email from our profile page on Codecanyon. Direct email support has been abandoned a long time ago.
